Our Policies
COVID Safety
TEC is a place to press pause on life and take care of you. Because we value protecting the health and safety of each client we kindly ask you follow these safety measures:
Masks are encouraged but not required when attending your appointment
If you are feeling sick (including but not limited to running nose, sore throat, fever, cough etc) please reach out to us so we can reschedule you.
As a fully vaccinated staff, each provider takes personal precautions. If you would prefer your provider wear a mask we will gladly fulfill your request.
Cancellations/No Shows
We are a small business and try our best to accommodate and respect all clients. That being said these rules are in place so the time of our providers is respected as well.
WE HAVE A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. ANY CHANGES MADE WITHIN THE 24 HOUR TIME FRAME, CLIENTS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF ALL SERVICES CANCELED/RESCHEDULED.
We also have a 10 minute grace period. We will do everything possible to accommodate your appointment, if we can not do so you will be charged 50% of services missed.
